1. Are you a manufacturer or trading company ?

2. Can you send samples to us?
--Free sample available,shipping cost assumed by customer.
3. Do you have minimum orders?
--No,but prefer at least more than 5kgs.Or it's hard to dyed customized color.
4. How do you submit artwork?
--Email us the design as a.jpg or PDF or AI format.We also have some clip art artwork and standard letter.
5. Custom Shades?
--Yes.within 7-10 days for a sample. 15-20 days for yarn delivery
6. How long for delivery?
--Dependent on order quantity,if there are stock match color yarn,it will take around 3-5 days to finished.
7. How do you use deliver your products?
--By sea,air and express companies.
